What are tinytoes?

With TinyToes, children will practice REAL yoga asanas in a completely non- traditional yoga environment, at play!  

TinyToes was created to teach and give children all of the benefits of yoga through applicable and understandable means of learning.  

 

Unlike other adult yoga classes that have been simply scaled down to "kid-sized chunks" TinyToes lessons and activities are imaginative and invigorating to get kids up and moving. ...all while done in a controlled, cooperative, and safe learning environment. 

 

Lessons and activities are created and centered around 3 consistent basics: Breath (mental focus), Physical Postures (asanas) and Relaxation (savasana)
