I am a track and field athlete at EWU, and originally, a friend of mine gave me a free class at Yarrow because I fractured my ankle and she recommended that I use the yoga as a way to build strength and recover from the injury. After that first class, I had to buy the month! No other workout felt quite like the feeling I got from a solid 90 minute session in the class. Both my mind and my body felt amazing.
I'm now about halfway through my ankle recovery, and I am progressing much faster than anyone expected I would. I can only attribute it to the yoga! I would seriously recommend this to anyone who is looking for recovery, strength, or just a way to incorporate peace into your life. The instructors are amazing, the facility is great, and what's even better, the community you build at the classes is so positive and uplifting!
