BIKRAM
Bikram Hot Yoga -

We begin class with a breathing exercise, followed by 26 postures emphasizing alignment, balance, compression, & extension; each preparing the body for the next. High peaks of cardio activity, followed by stillness, allowing the heart rate to slow. All levels, including beginners, welcome!
Hour Bikram Yoga - 60 min.
Bikram Method Yoga
BEATS - 90 min. Bikram Method inspired classes set to music. Low lights. Minimal verbal instruction. (Intermediate and advance students must be able to move in and out of asanas independantly and safely.)
BAPTISTE INSPIRED

Our Power Vinyasa class is a Baptiste Inspired flow yoga, with consistent cardio activity throughout. Be prepared to experience a wide variety of fun yoga postures. You’ll leave the class after a great workout with a feeling of calm. All levels, incuding beginners, welcome!

YIN
Yin -
75 min. classes
Room temp ranges from 80-90 degrees.
Gentle yoga in a warm, cozy room. Just enough warmth to open muscles safely, without feeling cold.
The perfect compliment to any lifestyle or to other styles of practice. A nice way to introduce yoga. Long holds that allow gentle opening. Working into deeper tissue. Emphasis on breath movement and body connection,
focusing on total body transformation.
Soft, relaxing music and soothing assists from experienced instructors. This class is offered in the morning and in the evening.
Rest, restore and rejuvenate your overall health with a non-intense flow series.
